Have a proper nutrition helps the skin to go back to the original state that is healthy. Some of the foods may include; mixed vegetable juice, plain yogurt, and protein-rich foods.

  1. Apply a good petroleum jelly

The skin around the fingertips needs deep miniaturization with the petroleum jelly in order to get rid of dry and flaky patches. It is advisable to apply the jelly at night and wear the gloves until morning.

  1. Take vitamin E supplements
