ALOE VERA

Aloe Vera is very effective in treating skin ailments including inner thigh rash.

To use aloe Vera:

  1. Mix 1/2 cup of aloe Vera juice, 1/4 cup of freshly brewed green tea and 4 tablespoons of lavender water.
  2. Apply the mixture gently using a cotton ball over the affected thighs.
  3. Leave it to dry completely.
  4. Repeat this application 2 times in a day.
  5. Alternatively, can apply freshly extracted aloe Vera gel directly on the rash on your thighs.

BAKING SODA

Baking soda is very effective in treating inner thigh rash as it dries out the rash within few days. It also reduces swelling, inflammation and itching.

To use baking soda:

  1. Mix 3 tablespoon of baking soda and a few drops of water to make a paste.
  2. Apply the paste on the inner thigh rash
  3. After as 30 minutes, rinse with water and pat dry.

OATMEAL

The soothing and moisturizing properties of oatmeal are effective in treating the inner thigh rashes. This process is effective for children and babies.
